Withdrawal requests made before 3pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) each business day will be actioned on the same day. Any withdrawals done from 3pm AEST onwards, will be actioned the next business day. Our payment team will process withdrawals 7 days a week.
When the status is updated to Paid, this will take up to 24 hours to clear into your personal account, depending on your bank. Should your bank account be connected to the OSKO payment platform, it will be a Fast Withdrawal. More information can be found about this here.
How to Add an Account to Withdraw
Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen Bank Account via Bank Transfer by following these steps:
1) Tap on the Settings Cog
2) Choose the Withdraw Option in the menu.
3) Tap on Add New Bank Account to add your new account.
4) Fill out the required boxes and then select Add Bank Account to save these details to your account. Please ensure this includes your full name as this is crucial for a successful payment.
5) Once you have the Bank Account added, tap on the amount you wish to withdraw from your available balance, and then tap on the account you wish to withdraw to. Then tap on Withdraw to complete the request.
Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen bank account via Bank Transfer through the Dabble App only. Our Customer Service team will not be to add any Bank Account details or process any withdrawals over the phone/live chat.
Withdrawals can only be requested to the account holders bank account. No third party withdrawals are permitted at Dabble. We require that any deposits into your Account be turned over at least once or 'bet through' prior to authorising a withdrawal from your Account. For example, if you deposit $50, you will need to play through the full balance, and you are then free to withdraw any funds after this.
Withdrawals may take 24 hours to clear, depending on your financial institution. If a withdrawal request is submitted on a public holiday, this request will be processed on the next business day.
I've added the wrong account. How can I remove this?

My withdrawal has been paid to the incorrect Bank Account, what do I do?
If your withdrawal has been paid to the incorrect bank account, we need to wait for the relevant bank to reverse these funds back to us. This process can take 24-48 hours over business days only.
Once we have received the funds, we will credit these to your Dabble account and our team will notify you by email.
If your funds have not arrived back in your Dabble account after 48hrs, please contact customer service for more information.
