5.1 Postponement, Abandonments & Venue Changes
5.1.1 Should a game not start on the day of the officially listed start time, as stated by the relevant governing body, due to a rain delay or other similar events, all bets will be void. The day of the event will be considered the day according to the time zone in which the game was scheduled to be played.
5.1.2 If a match is suspended and scheduled to conclude within 24 hours, then all bets will stand. In the event of an MLB playoff match being suspended bets will stand until the conclusion of the match, regardless of when it is re-scheduled to be completed.
5.1.3 If a match is abandoned after commencement all bets will be made void and stakes refunded unless the result of a market has been determined. For example, total runs market of over/under 3.5 runs and 4 runs have already been scored before the match is abandoned, this market will be resulted with over 3.5 runs being settled as the winner.
5.1.4 If the advertised venue of a match is changed all bets will be made void and stakes refunded.
5.2 Shortened Matches
5.2.1 Specific rules apply to markets when a match is shortened. Unless otherwise stated the ‘4.5 Innings Rule’ or the ‘8.5 Innings Rule’ will be applied, as follows;
5.2.2 The 4.5 Innings Rule - In the event of a shortened game results are official after 5 Innings play, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading coming into bat at the bottom of the 5th Innings. All head-to-head markets are settled with the 4.5 Innings rule applied
5.2.3 The 8.5 Innings Rule - All markets, unless otherwise stated, must complete at least 9 full innings, or 8.5 Innings if the home team is leading, for bets to stand unless the result of the market has already been determined, for example, if a team has already exceeded the total run line quoted the market will be resulted as the outcome has already been determined.
5.3 Extra Innings
5.3.1 Extra Innings count for all bets
5.4.1 If the starting pitcher is listed in the market and does not start all bets will be made void and stakes refunded.
5.4.2 If no starting pitcher is listed all game bets stand regardless of changes to the advertised starting Pitcher.
5.4.3 Pitcher specific markets will be void and bets refunded should the named starting pitcher not start.
5.5 Mercy Rule
5.5.1 If the mercy rule is invoked all markets will be settled on the final score at the time the rule is invoked, regardless of how many innings have been played.
5.6 Double Headers
5.6.1 MLB - Should an MLB game be scheduled to only 7 Innings normal rules apply. Where a 7 Innings game is shortened after commencing head-to-head markets will be settled as per the 4.5 Innings rule. All markets that have already reached a conclusion will be settled accordingly. All other markets will be void and stakes returned unless a minimum of 7 innings are played, or the home team is leading at the commencement of the bottom of the 7th innings.
5.6.2 ABL - If a double header is scheduled in the Australian Baseball League (ABL) The first scheduled games are 7 inning games and are priced and settled accordingly. If the first game of a double header goes to extra innings, causing the second game to be shortened to less than the scheduled 9 innings as a result, all bets on the run line and total market for the second game will be void. All head-to-head bets on the second game will still stand.
5.7 Resulting & Settlement of Markets
5.7.1 All markets are resulted and settled as per the official results and statistics provided by the governing leagues. For example, MLB for Major League Baseball, NCAA for American College Baseball, ABL for the Australian Baseball League, etc.
5.8 Maximum Payout
NPB (Japanese) & KBO (Korean) $20,000
All other Baseball: $10,000
5.9 Match Result Markets
5.9.1 You are betting on the team that will win the match.
5.9.2 Extra Innings count for all matches.
5.9.3 See Rule 4.1 above for postponement, abandonment and venue change rules.
5.9.4 The ‘4.5 Innings’ Rule as described in Section 4.2 -Shortened Matches- applies to all Head-to-Head Markets unless otherwise stated.
5.10 Double Result
5.10.1 You are betting on which team will be leading the match at the end of the 5th inning and the team that wins the game.
5.10.2 The 8.5 Inning rule applies to this market
5.11 Innings & 5 Innings Winner Markets
5.11.1 You are betting on the result of the designated Inning or the team leading at the end of 5 Innings.
5.11.2 If the Inning is a draw and no draw price is quoted the market will be settled as a push and all stakes returned.
5.11.3 The Inning or 5 Innings must be completed for bets to stand.
5.12 Handicap Markets
5.12.1 You are betting on the result of the game after the handicap has been applied to the Final score.
5.12.2 The 8.5 Innings Rule applies to game handicap markets.
5.12.3 If the designated number of Innings are not completed bets on Innings Handicap markets will be void and stakes returned.
5.12.4 If the handicap line is a flat line (for example plus/minus 3.0 runs) and the margin lands on that number, the market will be treated as a ‘push’ with all bets void and stakes refunded
5.13 Match Total Runs Markets
5.13.1 You are betting on whether the combined run total of both teams is above or below the number of runs quoted in the market.
5.13.2 The ‘8.5 Innings’ rule is applied in resulting these markets unless the total has already gone over the quoted run number in which case markets will be resulted as they have reached a conclusion.
5.13.3 If an exact number of runs is quoted and the total is that number the market will be settled as a ‘push’ and all stakes will be refunded. For example, the market is Over/Under 7 runs and the game total runs is 7, all stakes will be refunded.
5.14 Innings Runs Markets
5.14.1 You are betting on the total number of runs scored in an Innings.
5.14.2 The Innings must be completed for bets to stand unless the total number of runs quoted has already been achieved, in which case the market will be resulted accordingly.
5.15 Winning Margin Markets
5.15.1 You are betting on the margin a team will win the game by.
5.15.2 The 8.5 Innings Rule applies.
5.15.3 Dead heat rules apply unless a draw price has been quoted in the market.
5.16 1st Half Markets
5.16.1 You are betting on the team that leads at the end of the 5th Innings.
5.16.2 Market settled following the completion of 5 Innings.
5.16.3 The 4.5 Inning Rule applies for shortened games where the results of markets have already been fully determined.
5.17 First/Last Team to Score Markets
5.17.1 First team to score market is settled on the first run of the game, regardless of the match being completed. Please note the away team bats first.
5.17.2 Last team to score markets will be settled with the 4.5 Innings rule applied in the event the match is abandoned or shortened after the completion of 4.5 Innings.
5.18 First Inning Runs Scored Markets
5.18.1 You are betting on a run to be scored in the first Inning.
5.18.2 The Inning must be completed for bets to stand.
5.19 Odd/Even Game/Inning Total Markets
5.19.1 You are betting on the game or the selected Inning total runs to be odd or even.
5.19.2 The Inning or in game must be completed for bets to stand.
5.19.3 Should zero runs be scored it will be considered as even for resulting purposes
5.20 Highest Scoring Inning & Highest scoring Half Markets
5.20.1 You are betting on the highest scoring Inning (the Inning with the most runs scored) or the highest scoring half of the game.
5.20.2 Extra Inning count for both markets.
5.20.3 Should 2 or more Inning or both halves have the same number of runs scored dead rules will apply.
5.20.4 The 8.5 innings rule applies to both markets.
5.21 3/5/7 Inning Markets
5.21.1 You are betting on the team that is leading at the end of the specified number of Inning.
5.21.2 The specified number of Inning must be completed for bets to stand unless the home team holds the lead at the bottom of the innings, and it would not change the result.
5.22 Lead After & Race to Markets
5.22.1 Lead After Markets - You are betting on the score/the team that is leading at the end of the specified period.
5.22.2 Race to Markets - You are betting on a team to be the first to score the quoted number of runs. If neither team reaches the designated number of runs all bets will be made void and stakes refunded unless a price for ‘Neither Team’ has been quoted.
5.23 Series Markets
5.23.1 You are betting on the team that wins the most games within a series of games between the same 2 teams.
5.23.2 When the full number of scheduled matches is not played, or one of the matches is postponed/abandoned and is not played on the same calendar day then bets on this market will be void.
5.23.3 If a series for which we did not offer a price for the draw ends in a draw, then bets on the series result will be void. Dates listed are related to local US time.
5.24 Futures Markets
5.24.1 You are betting on the outcome of the respective season long market.
5.24.2 Unless otherwise stated Playoffs are included for the purpose of resulting Futures Markets.
5.24.3 All Futures Markets are offered on an ‘all in’ basis.
5.24.4 Unless materially affecting the outcome of a market all bets will stand in the event a season is shortened for any reason.
5.24.5 Bets will remain live until such point the official governing body declares the season has been abandoned at which point
