Why do I need to verify my Identity?
As part of our operation licence and to give you complete access to an account, Dabble must verify all of our customer accounts within 3 days of opening. That means to say that we must confirm that you are who you say you are.

Banking
Why can’t I action any Deposit or Withdrawals over the phone?
Dabble makes withdrawals available to customers via the app and not over the phone. It’s more efficient for you and is more transparent and secure for you.
All payments must be actioned by you after you have logged in. You will be able to add in a new Credit/Debit card and add in your nominated bank accounts details for any future withdrawals. Not forgetting the ability to make your own deposits and withdrawals in your Dabble account.
Deposits:
The bank has declined the transaction? - Some financial institutions decline online transactions to Wagering companies. If you are using a card from Citibank, Macquarie Bank, Suncorp, BOQ and American Express and experience any issues, these may prohibit your ability to deposit with Dabble. It may be worth trying and deposit using a card from a different financial institution.
Insufficient funds – Always ensure you have sufficient funds available before attempting to deposit into your Dabble account.
Incorrect CV2 – Always ensure that your 3- digit CV2 matches the card you are using. If they do not match your deposit will not be authorised.
Your card may have expired – Always check that your card is up to date and that it hasn’t expired.
Your card has been reported lost or stolen – If your card has been reported lost or stolen, the bank will not allow any transactions to be made on that card
Withdrawals:
Why can't I withdraw? - you may not have verified your account yet. You can find more information about this on our verification page.
How do I withdraw? Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen bank account via Bank Transfer.
How long will it take? Withdrawals may take 1-2 business days to clear, depending on your financial institution. If a withdrawal request is submitted over the weekend or on a public holiday, this request will be processed on the next business day. Withdrawals are processed at 3.00pm AEST each business day.
Passwords
How do I make my account more secure with passwords?
Security is our top priority. Always make sure you keep your account secure by regularly changing and setting secure passwords.
Passwords with personal information are easy but make it easier for someone else to guess.
Below are tips when setting a password:

Don't use passwords that are based on personal information.

Use a combination of both capital and lower-case letters, numbers and also include symbols.

Use different passwords for different systems.

Regularly update and change all of your passwords
