1. Application of Promotions Terms and Conditions
1.1. These Promotions Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) apply to the issue of rewards to customers by Dabble. They include promotional offers may made by Dabble (“Promotional Offers”), as well as the issuing of rewards that did not come with an initial offer (surprise rewards).
1.2 These rules also apply to products used within the Dabble app to facilitate and issue bonuses and other rewards, including the Dabble Boost Rocket and the Dabble Spin & Win Cash Wheel.
2. Promotional Offers
2.1. A Promotional Offer is only open to you if you have an Account with Dabble.
2.2. Promotional Offers are only open to bona fide Account holders who comply with Dabble’s General Rules and these Rules.
2.3 Promotional Offers are only open to bona fide Account holders acting in good faith, who place bets with Dabble for the purpose of recreation and entertainment.
2.4. Promotional Offers may be made subject to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these Rules and any additional terms relating to a particular Promotional Offer, the additional terms will prevail.
2.5. Each Promotional Offer can only be accessed once by each Eligible Entrant.
3. Form of Rewards
3.1 Dabble rewards could be one of the following
- Bet-based Promotions involve a reward being issued as a result of a bet being placed and/or resulted, for example price boosts determined using the Dabble Rocket.
- Deposit-based Promotions involve a reward being issued as a result of funds being deposited into a Dabble account.
- General use-based Promotions involve a reward being issued as a result of general use of the Dabble app, for example the Spin & Win Cash Wheel.
4. Turnover of Funds
4.1 Funds issued as part of a Bet-based Promotion are not required to be “turned over” or bet through prior to being withdrawn. This include money-back specials and boosted prices.
4.2 Funds issued as part of a Deposit-based Promotion are required to be “turned over” or bet through prior to being withdrawn.
4.3 Funds issued as part of General Use-based Promotions are required to be “turned over” or bet through prior to being withdrawn. This includes funds issued via the Spin & Win Cash Wheel.
5. Dabble Rockets
5.1 Dabble Sports may as part of a promotion, offer or discretionary reward, issue you at any time with Dabble Rockets.
5.2 Dabble Rockets are to be used enhance the odds of a bet you have placed. Payouts on bets placed with Dabble Rockets will be paid at the new boosted price at the completion of the Rocket Game.
5.3 You may use any Dabble Rockets credited to your Account on any selected fixtures from the time the Rocket appears in your Account.
5.4 Dabble Rockets may be restricted from being used for some bet types, sports or fixtures at Dabble Sports’ discretion.
5.5 Where a Promotional Offer would credit Dabble Rockets as part of that promotion, this will be clearly stated in the terms of that promotional offer.
5.6 You acknowledge and agree that any errors or delays in using or placing the Dabble Rockets during the game, is the sole responsibility of the client. Dabble endeavours to minimise these instances occurring, but no liability will apply to Dabble for bad connection, game freezing or any other issue related to the rocket game.
6. Spin & Win Cash Wheel
6.1 Dabble’s Spin & Win Cash Wheel is a virtual “wheel” with multiple segments that may be available to a customer at different times by discretion of Dabble.
6.2 An animated “spinning” of the wheel will result in a segment of the wheel being selected that indicates the reward to be issued to the customer (for example “$50”).
6.3. Dabble will issue the reward to the customer based on the selected segment. There may be a maximum amount or percentage stated in the Offer, which will also be considered.
6.4. Spin & Win Cash Wheel rewards will be awarded to your Account within a maximum of 24 hours.
6.5 Rewards issued in the form of funds will be displayed in your transaction history and added to your Dabble balance.
6.6 The Spin & Win Cash Wheel is considered a General use-based Promotion.
